Return Policy
Return period
In accordance with current legislation, you benefit from a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of your video games to return an item to us. Once this legal period has passed, we will unfortunately no longer be able to accept the product or validate a refund. The processing of your refund will occur at the latest within 7 days following notification of your withdrawal, GameXPass reserving the right to suspend this refund until actual receipt of the product or official proof of its shipment.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be returned in a strictly new, unused condition and identical to that received.
Specific attention for Video Games: Due to the nature of physical digital media (CD, Blu-Ray, cartridges), the protective plastic film (blister) or the original publisher's seal must never have been opened or removed. Any video game unsealed or unpackaged will be systematically refused. The item must be returned in its complete original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice or digital order receipt. No returns should be sent directly to the manufacturer or publisher of the game.
Refund procedure
Upon receipt of your package by our services, our teams proceed to a meticulous inspection of the condition of the video game. A notification email will be immediately sent to you to confirm the good receipt of your shipment and inform you of the acceptance or motivated rejection of your refund request. If the product meets all our return criteria, the credit will be automatically credited to the bank card or initial payment method used during your online purchase within a few business days.
Delays or absence of refund
If you notice an abnormal delay before the appearance of your refund, we invite you to follow these preliminary steps:
1. Consult again the detailed history of your bank account.
2. Contact the issuing institution of your credit card or your bank advisor, as processing times and interbank transfer can sometimes take several business days before an official display.

Shipping of returns
All costs related to transport and postage for the return of your item remain your exclusive responsibility and are not subject to refund. The shipment of the product is under your sole responsibility. For packages with a value exceeding €75, it is strongly recommended that you use a delivery service with a tracking number or subscribe to shipping insurance with the chosen carrier. GameXPass cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft or non-receipt of your package by postal services.
