Delivery Policy
Processing times and orders
At GameXPass, we prepare and ship each order with the utmost care. All video game orders are processed and handed over to the carrier within 24 business hours after effective validation of your payment. They are then delivered within an average timeframe of 48 hours.
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, a confirmation email is automatically sent to you with your tracking number to follow the delivery in complete peace of mind.
Delivery method
Shipments are handled by our logistics partner Delivengo, selected for its reliability and speed. We offer a unique, simple and effective standard delivery service, without unnecessary options.
Your order is deposited directly in your mailbox within 48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). To ensure maximum security, our video games and fine accessories are shipped in reinforced packaging less than 3 cm thick, perfectly protecting the product while easily fitting into standard mailboxes.
Order tracking
Transparency is essential for us. As soon as your order is shipped, an interactive Delivengo tracking link is sent to you by email. This code allows you to consult in real time, and at any time, the different stages of your package's delivery until its final delivery.
Delivery zones
The GameXPass video game catalog is available for delivery throughout Europe. If your country of residence is not explicitly listed in the list of destinations offered when validating your cart, we invite you to contact our support so that we can analyze the possibilities of shipping to your region.
Delays or delivery problems
Transport times are given for information purposes and depend on postal services. They may be slightly extended during periods of high activity or exceptional events (bad weather, strikes).
If you do not receive your package after a period of 5 business days following the shipping email, please contact our team immediately at the following address: pro@gamexpass.fr. We will open an investigation with the carrier and proceed, if necessary, to a new shipment of your video game.
Package reception
We recommend that you carefully check the general condition of your package upon receipt. If you notice any anomaly (torn packaging, broken product, video game error or missing item), you have a period of 14 days to report it to us via our contact form so that our customer service can organize an exchange or rapid compensation.
